If project financials not available for the project, we works closely with an affiliated lenders, to offer flexible financing for qualified clients. Our reputation, volume and track record allow us to offer special financing options at below-market rates.

4. Specifications and Cost Approval
We presents floor plans, exterior and interior renderings. Together you and us make changes(if needed), considering options and recommendations. Our mutual understanding allows us to agree on a fixed price. When you are completely comfortable with the project we get your approval and move forward

5. Finalize Blueprints and Materials Selection
